Time-Out: Short-Term Breaks

Time-Out enables a temporary pause from all 777lw products for a pre‑selected period. When a Time-Out is active, you may not deposit, withdraw, or play, nor access any of our products. The available Time-Out periods are shown in your Account Profile. A Time-Out may be revoked only after the initial request; after initiation you may cancel the Time-Out after 24 hours from the start of the period, subject to system rules. Upon expiry of the Time-Out period, your account will automatically be re-activated and you may resume activity.

Self-Exclusion: Extended Break

You may elect a longer self-exclusion period if you believe you require a sustained pause from gambling. Self-Exclusion entails closing access to your 777lw account for the duration of the selected period. Initiation requires contact with our Customer Support team by email. On receipt of your email, a 24-hour cooling-off period commences during which your account is disabled and no gambling activity is permitted. After the 24-hour cooling-off period, our Customer Support Agent will inform you of the available exclusion periods. The periods are pre-set and cannot be varied. To proceed, you must reply by email within 24 hours. If we do not receive your reply within the extended window, your account will be reopened and you will be notified by email.

If you have pending withdrawals or open bets at the time exclusion takes effect, you must request those actions before the exclusion begins; otherwise, withdrawal requests may be blocked during the period.

Financial Protection and Account Limits

When you set up an account or at any time thereafter, you may impose financial limits in the My Account section, including daily, weekly, or monthly spend limits. If you exceed any such limit, further activity may be restricted. A limit or an exclusion may only be revoked by written or electronic notice to 777lw. 777lw will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny them.
