General Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 777lw website and the services provided by 777lw. The Website is operated by a licensed gaming entity (the Company) for the purpose of offering online betting and gaming. By opening an Account or using the Services you enter into a binding agreement with 777lw under these Terms. The Company may update these Terms from time to time. A new version takes effect on publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use an Account you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and legally capable of entering contracts. You must not be prohibited from gambling by applicable law and must not have been previously excluded by 777lw. You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including name, date of birth and contact details. You may update Personal Details via the profile management tools or upon request to Customer Support.

3. Account Creation and Duplicate Accounts

Registration is possible only for the Account Holder and only one Account may be held per person. Duplicate Accounts may be closed at the Company's discretion. If a Duplicate Account is closed the Company may void bonuses and winnings from that Account and recover funds as permitted by these Terms. The Company may suspend or close accounts if there is suspected collusion, fraud, or other prohibited activity. The Company may transfer or license account data and liabilities to affiliates or third parties in jurisdictions where the Company operates, subject to applicable data protection and local laws.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Territories

Access to the Website may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. The Company reserves the right to suspend or block accounts opened from restricted territories or to refuse deposits or bets from such locations. It is the sole responsibility of the Account Holder to verify the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable laws. The Company may require proof of identity or residence for regulatory purposes.

5. Our Obligations as Operator

The Company will manage Account Holders funds in a secure and appropriate manner and will keep client funds separate from the Company’s own funds in a segregated client account with a Financial Institution approved by the regulator. Funds in an Account do not accrue interest. An Account is non transferables and may not be assigned or used by any other person. The Company may request documents to verify identity, ownership of payment methods and other information and may suspend or close an account pending investigation.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All payments to and from a 777lw Account must be made through approved methods and in accordance with applicable law. The Company may hold or transfer funds to third party providers to effect transactions. The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend any deposit, withdrawal or transfer if necessary to comply with regulatory requirements or to protect against fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.

7. Bonuses, Promotions and Betting Rules

Promotions and bonuses are governed by the Promotions rules published on the Website. For active casino bonuses the maximum wager per spin is capped at 5 euros or the equivalent in local currency, and the bonus may impose a cap of 15 of the total bonus value, whichever is lower. Bonuses may be subject to additional conditions such as wagering requirements, expiry periods and game type restrictions. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions in its sole discretion and to define the terms under which a bonus is earned, retained or forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

777lw recognises the potential for gambling to impact some individuals. Account Holders may set limits in their account settings, subject to applicable local law. Increasing limits or timeouts take effect after a defined processing period. Decreasing or removing limits takes effect immediately after the change is recorded. The Company may close an account if it believes gambling activity may cause financial or personal difficulties. The Company provides Responsible Gaming resources and support and encourages Account Holders to seek assistance if needed. 9. Time-Out, Self-Exclusion and Financial Protection

The Time-Out feature allows a temporary break from playing. Time-Out periods are selectable within the Account profile and can be revoked only after a defined waiting period. Self-Exclusion enables a longer period of account unavailable status. Self-Exclusion must be requested in writing to Customer Support, and the minimum period is six months with the option for an indefinite term. During Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, deposits, bets and withdrawals are disabled. The Company supports financial protection measures and reserves the right to enforce limits or actions to protect the Account Holder.

10. Regulatory Compliance and AML/KYC

All personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable data protection and anti money laundering laws. The Company may perform identity verification and AML checks and may require documents to verify identity, address and ownership of payment methods. Data may be shared with affiliates or service providers for the purposes of processing Payments, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention, subject to applicable data protection laws.

11. Disputes, Complaints and Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through a pre trial process. A written complaint must be submitted within 10 days of the disputed event. If a dispute remains unresolved, the parties may pursue remedies in the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Company is located, in accordance with applicable law. The Company shall not be obliged to provide evidence beyond what is required under the governing law and applicable regulations.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments come into effect on publication on the Website. Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the changes you should cease using the Services and withdraw remaining funds in accordance with the withdrawal procedures.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777lw in relation to the Services and supersede all prior written or verbal communications. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Company may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to affiliates or third parties where permitted by applicable law. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of subsequent breaches.
